Acquisition of Wise Group Finland Oy by Intera Partners
Wise Group Finland is a fast-growing company, which offers consultancy, design and construction contracting services for construction projects (50 %) and renovation projects (50 %) in Finland and the Baltic States. The estimated revenue for 2016 was 40 M€ and the EBITDA 13 %. The compound annual revenue growth was 41 %. Wise Group has grown both organically and via acquisitions. During 2010-2016 the company acquired a total of 19 companies.
Wise serves its customers throughout Finland and it has offices in 14 localities. The company employs 450 professionals. Wise Group has strong customer relationships, a committed personnel and a nationwide, range of services, which has granted a stable and profitable order book, a strong balance sheet and a reliable cash flow.
