Anssi is a Partner at Carner. He manages transactions with a focus on the TMT, Business Services and Industrials sectors. Anssi has over 15 years’ experience in investment banking and management consulting, having previously worked e.g. at Deloitte Strategy practice. Anssi also has an extensive knowledge in Private Equity sector deals in the Nordics.

Anssi holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from TUT.

Harri is a Partner at Carner. He manages transactions with the focus on Industrials, Business Services and Retail & Trade. Harri has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking, industry and private equity in Finland and Europe. Prior Carner, Harri worked as CFO / Business Development Director in VAASAN Group, and before that as CFO in Cultor Group in London.

Harri holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University).

Vesa is a Partner at Carner, managing ICT projects. Vesa joined Carner in 2021 in a merger with Tuohi Advisors.

Vesa has long term private equity and venture capital experience from CapMan. He has also served in various roles at technology companies like HP, Sun Microsystems, and Nokia during his career.

Pekka is a serial software entrepreneur. His latest company Distocraft was sold to Ericsson Corporation in 2006. Pekka holds an M.Sc. (EE) from Aalto University, Helsinki.

Samuel joined the Carner team as Director in 2022.

He has strong experience of various M&A and financing projects. He last worked as Investment Director at Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd), responsible for direct private equity investments in mid-sized Finnish companies. Samuel has also extensive experience of working on the board of various companies, especially in Industrials and Business Services sectors, as well as of collaboration with both Finnish and international private equity companies.

Timo is a Director, Head of Analysis at Carner. Timo joined Carner in 2017 and has previously worked in PwC's Corporate Finance team, as well as at Wärtsilä.

Lars founded ProMan Oy, the forerunner of Carner, in 1988, and has managed over 70 M&A projects. Prior to founding the company, Lars held international sales and marketing positions for the oil and gas industry at Wärtsilä Marine and Valmet's Helsinki Shipyard.

Lars holds an M.Sc. (Engineering) degree and has previously worked as a leasing executive in 13 companies and on the Board of dozens of SMEs.
