Carner Corporate Finance has appointed Samuel Saloheimo as Director for Carner’s growing team in Helsinki.

Samuel has years of diverse, strong experience of various M&A and financing projects. He last worked as Investment Director at Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd), responsible for direct private equity investments in mid-sized Finnish companies. Samuel has also extensive experience of working on the board of various companies, especially in Industrials and Business Services sectors, as well as of collaboration with both Finnish and international private equity companies.
