Carner advises payment and event technology company CoreGo in majority growth investment from Bregal Milestone

Carner Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of CoreGo Oy (“CoreGo” or the “Company”) in a transaction where leading European software growth private equity firm Bregal Milestone makes a majority strategic growth investment in the Company.

The transaction reflects Carner’s experience in executing complex international growth financings and M&A processes, as well as its ability to connect high-quality Nordic technology companies with global investors. It also underscores the continued competition among European investors for scalable, high-value software and fintech platforms.

Founded in Finland in 2015, CoreGo has rapidly developed into one of Europe’s leading providers of open-loop payments and integrated technology solutions for festivals, sports events, and venues. The Company operates across the Nordics and DACH region serving hundreds of customers, delivering an integrated suite of solutions through CoreGo Cloud, unifying payments, access, networks, and data into a single real-time operating system.

CoreGo’s technology is designed for demanding live environments. Its platform has been deployed in large-scale international settings, demonstrating consistent performance in high-volume, mission-critical environments, including the Adele Munich concert residency, which drew over 730,000 fans across 10 shows, Secto Rally Finland, the largest annual event in the Nordics, and the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2025.

In FY2025, CoreGo reported over 98% year-on-year profitable revenue growth, underpinned by a strong recurring revenue base and gross margins above 85%. The investment will support CoreGo’s next phase of growth, including accelerated international expansion, continued product development, and further advancement of its digital and data-driven capabilities.
