Siili Solutions Oyj has acquired all the shares in Haallas Finland Oy.

Haallas is a company specialized in design, technology and data that operates in four locations around Finland; Joensuu, Oulu, Lappeenranta and Helsinki. Haallas develops digital services to companies and public sector organizations. Hallas has a strong foothold in public sector digitalization. Haallas’ customers include Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare THL, Hansel, Metsähallitus, Finnvera, the City of Helsinki and Osuuspankki.
