Sale of Fenno Medical Oy to Addtech AB's subsidiary Mediplast AB

Mediplast AB, owned by Addtech AB, has acquired Fenno Medical, a leading medtech actor in the Finnish market, marketing a broad range of medical equipment and consumables from world-leading suppliers. The acquisition entails strategic expansion for Mediplast in the Finnish market, boosting Mediplast’s and thus Addtech Life Science’s position as a leading Nordic medtech supplier. Fenno Medical had around 35 employees and sales of approximately EUR 20 million before the transaction.Carner advised the seller throughout the process.
