Wet paint and gluing businesses of Tallberg Tech Oy acquired by BBTechnics Oy

Tallberg Tech Oy, which is a subsidiary of Julius Tallberg Oy and operates as an importing and wholesale company to the industry in Finland, has sold its wet painting and gluing business assets to BBTechnics Oy.

The BBTechnics group, which supplies the industry in Finland and the Baltics with products and solutions connected to production technology of synthetic materials, also bought the business assets of Tallberg Estonia in October 2013. With this sale, the business reconstruction of Tallberg Tech was completed in accordance with the strategy of the Tallberg group. The buyer has with these acquisitions clearly strengthened its position as a technical importing and wholesale company in Finland and the Baltic states.
