Sale of Sammet Dampers Oy to Addtech Group

The Swedish publicly listed company Addtech AB Group expands its product offering by acquiring all outstanding shares of Sammet Dampers Oy. Sammet Dampers is a developer and supplier of industrial dampers for closing, isolating and regulating gas flows in ducts in different kinds of industrial and power plants.

The products are used in more than 80 countries around the world. Sammet Dampers’ turnover is around 5 million euros.

Sammet Dampers will very well complement Addtech’s current operations. It is estimated that the deal will have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the coming financial year.

Sale of Sammet Dampers Oy to Addtech Group

Addtech AB provides advanced technology products and solutions for the manufacturing industry and the public sector. At the time of the transaction, the group comprised 140 subsidiaries with circa 2,200 employees and had an annual turnover of around 700 million euros. It is listed in NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm.
