Cubescom Oy, together with Systeemiratkaisu Oy and Clearpulse AB, sold to Virnex Group backed by tech investors
Virnex Group Ltd has acquired the entire share capital of Cubescom Oy from the Swedish Leftinger & Johansson AB and the company’s CEO Tero Suominen. Cubescom specializes in business-critical ERP and digitization solutions. Moreover, the Company sells and maintains multiple own products including Clearpulse IT asset managemant software. Cubescom employs about 30 people and its turnover in 2020 was approximately €3,6M. Virnex Group aims to accelerate Cubescom’s growth by expanding its service offering by combining the companies’ diverse expertise.

Virnex Group
Virnex is a rapidly growing service company in the ICT industry. The company was established in 2019, when Accanto Systems Oy’s business operations were transferred to Virnex Oy as part of a transaction. The company employs more than 20 ICT consultants in Lahti and Helsinki, and offers ICT consultation, as well as managing, planning and implementation of digitalization projects. Following the transaction, Virnex Group’s Pro Forma revenue reaches approximately 7 million euros in 2021. The company’s main owners are CEO Johan Ekholm, Chairman Jarkko Multanen, and CTO Tom Gustafsson.
