Acquisition of Exsane for HSK Sähkö
Habeo Group’s subsidiary, HSK Sähkö Oy, has acquired Exsane Oy, a part of the Iivari Mononen group. Exsane’s business includes the construction, design, and maintenance of electrical, street lighting, and fiber networks. Exsane employs 42 people, and its turnover in 2022 was 7 million euros. The company has locations in Porvoo, Tampere, Heinola, Mikkeli, Lapinlahti, and Joensuu. Exsane will continue its operations under its own brand with expanded services supported by Habeo Group.
