TRP will continue its operations under its own brand and will have access to the support, expertise, and resources of the Habeo Group. After the transaction, Habeo Group employs over 700 professionals in technical building services with an estimated turnover of over 150 million euros. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by competition authorities.

Additionally, Habeo Group’s subsidiary, HSK Sähkö Oy, has acquired Exsane Oy, a part of the Iivari Mononen group. Exsane’s business includes the construction, design, and maintenance of electrical, street lighting, and fiber networks. Exsane employs 42 people, and its turnover in 2022 was 7 million euros. The company has locations in Porvoo, Tampere, Heinola, Mikkeli, Lapinlahti, and Joensuu. Exsane will also continue its operations under its own brand with expanded services supported by Habeo Group.

Habeo Group implements its strategy by acquiring successful, locally operating Finnish technical building services companies and is currently the fifth-largest player in its field in Finland. The group operates nationwide and provides services in water and heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical work, cooling and refrigeration technology, fire safety, and building automation.
