PALnet Oy acquired by Atea Oy

Atea Oy in Finland has bought all shares in PALnet Oy, which is a leading supplier and service provider within information network and data security solutions related to local area networks. The company sells products from leading vendors, such as HP and Cisco. In 2010, PALnet had 21 employees at its offices in Helsinki, Jyväskylä and Tampere. The company achieved a turnover of MEUR 12.1 and an EBITDA of MEUR 1.3 in 2009. The acquisition will strengthen Atea's existing business and competencies within local area networks.Carner Corporate Finance advised the Sellers during the whole sales process.
