Based in Helsinki, KRS-Yhtiöt offers comprehensive renovation and HVAC technology services with more than 20 years of experience. The clientele mainly consists of housing companies, however, KRS-Yhtiöt also provides renovation services to housing developers and other properties across the Helsinki region. The group has a turnover of approximately 10 million euros and employs some 65 construction and HVAC professionals.

Habeo Group implements its strategy by acquiring successful, locally operating Finnish technical building services companies and is currently the fifth-largest player in its field in Finland. The group operates nationwide and provides services in water and heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical work, cooling and refrigeration technology, fire safety, and building automation.
