Sappa AB acquired by Pamica 2 AB

Swedish investment company Pamica 2 AB has together with co-investors acquired the Sweden based TV, broadband and telecom supplier Sappa AB. Sappa offers telecom, broadband, TV and IPTV services to both detached and apartment house residents. The company has ca. 400,000 households as clients in Sweden. The company’s CEO Hasse Svensson will remain in his position. In 2017, Sappa achieved a turnover of ca. 310 MSEK (30 MEUR) with good profitability.

“The telecom market is in a consolidation phase as the large-scale expansion of fiber is almost complete and mobile phone, broadband, telephony and TV solutions are merging. The next step is service development on existing infrastructure. The plan is that Sappa will continue to work on being Sweden’s most customer friendly telecom company with a local presence and lasting relationships with suppliers as well as customers”, says Pamica CEO Jan-Olof Svensson.

“Our strong offering, dedicated staff and the competence and experience from Pamica’s network create an excellent position for Sappa to advance to the next level in development. Together we will develop Sappa by introducing a new and attractive offering, which will benefit our suppliers and customers”, says Hasse Svensson.
