Sale of Suvanto Trucks Oy to Sievi Capital Oyj

Sievi Capital Oyj has acquired 70 % of the shares of Suvanto Trucks Oy. The selling party, founder Eetu Suvanto, continued as the CEO with a 30 % share of ownership after the transaction.

Suvanto Trucks is the largest independent dealer of used trucks in Finland. The company has grown rapidly and presents excellent profitability. In addition to selling and installing used trucks and equipment, Suvanto Trucks sells new MAN trucks and spare parts as well as offers leasing services of heavy-duty vehicles.

Eetu Suvanto founded Suvanto Trucks in summer 2010 and already by the end of 2015, the company reached a revenue of over 22 M€. At the time of the transaction, Suvanto Trucks had 16 employees.

The new ownership is to support and accelerate the sales growth and further business development. After the transaction, Suvanto Trucks has become a part of Sievi Capital Oyj’s strategic investment portfolio.
