Finnmap Consulting Oy, which is a part of Sweco Group, has bought the assets of Profil-Bau Consulting Oy on 2 June 2014. Profil-Bau Consulting Oy is an engineering company providing design and expert services in renovation projects for Finnish facility owners. With the transaction, Finnmap strengthens its know-how within renovation projects and widens its client base.

The Profil-Bau Consulting’s business will continue in its present facilities in Lauttasaari until 31.1.2.2015, after which it will be moved to new Sweco headquarters in Finland. Before the transaction, PBC had 22 employees and 2 offices in Finland, Lauttasaari and Kuopio.

M.SC (Eng) Jussi Eronen has been appointed as the manager for the business. Mr. Tommy Skogster, the former MD of PBC assisted with the integration and customer work until the end of 2014.
