Sale of Labnet Oy to G.W. Berg & Co AB

GWB Group is through the acquisition able to better serve Life Science customers and the Group expands back into the reagents and laboratory equipment businesses. Labnet Oy is one of the leading Life Science distributors of reagents, supplies and equipment in Finland. The company is founded in 1971. The business foundation is long term cooperation with international manufacturers.

Through the acquisition Labnet Oy will become a part of the GWB Group and it will continue independently.
