Sale of ICT Verstas Oy to Cygate Oy

Cygate Oy acquires ICT-Verstas Oy, which is specialized in workstation virtualization and data center solutions.

ICT-Verstas, founded in 2008, is known for its strong Citrix and VMware expertise. The company describes itself as a development house founded by ICT specialists tired of inflexible IT industry solutions. In the transaction, 11 employees of ICT-Verstas will transfer to the employ of Cygate.
