Sale of Display Pack Finland Oy to Adara Pakkaus Oy

Adara Pakkaus Oy, the leading provider of total packaging solutions, has acquired all Display Pack Finland Oy shares on 30 May 2014.

Display Pack Finland Oy is an experienced, Finnish manufacturer of sales and campaign materials with revenues of approximately 5 million euros at the time of the transaction. Its main client segments include food, beverage and cosmetics industries and manufacturers and importers of various hygiene products.

After the transaction Adara’s product selection covers the entire value chain of the packaging process, all the way to maximizing the product visibility in stores and shops. Adara’s and Display Pack Finland’s combined expertise in design, products and logistics will result in various client benefits.
