Sale of Amixo Oy and Hanatuote Oy to Vexve Oy

Amixo Oy, a manufacturer of heating control devices for family houses, and Hanatuote Oy, a manufacturer of heating valves, have been acquired as an asset transaction by Automix Oy, a subsidiary of Vexve Oy. In 2009, the total combined annual turnover of Amixo and Hanatuote was approximately 5 MEUR, of which exports represented approximately 80 %. The most important business area of Vexve is valve manufacturing for district heating and cooling systems. With this transaction Vexve expands its product portfolio.
