Sale of A Communications Oy to Atea Oy

Atea, the leading Nordic and Baltic supplier of IT infrastructure, strengthens its position in the growing videoconferencing and IP telephony market by acquiring A Communications Oy. Atea plans to invest and engage more employees within Unified Communication including videoconferencing and IP telephony in all Atea countries. By this acquisition, Atea establishes an important platform for future growth within these market segments in the coming years. A Communications is a leading Finnish videoconferencing and IP telephony company with 23 employees and revenue of about MEUR 6 in 2008.
