Profil-Bau Industrials Oy sold to ÅF AB

Sweden based ÅF AB has acquired Profil-Bau Industrial Oy, a company with specialized offering in industrial design and expertise to industrial customers in Finland. Main customer segments include power and industrial plants, mining industry, cablemachinery industry, chemical industry and engineering industry. Profil-Bau Industrial Oy’s offering includes electrical, automation and mechanical design. Profil-Bau Industrial Oy is located in Vantaa, Tampere and Kuopio. The company had a revenue of 5.8 million EUR with an EBITDA margin of approximately 15% in 2017.

The acquisition is in line with ÅF’s strategy to expand the services of Industrial Engineering and automation and to grow the Industrial Digitalization business in Finland. Profil-Bau Industrial Oy has been consolidated by the ÅF Group as of September, 2018.
