Proffice Finland sold to StaffPoint Group

The StaffPoint Group and Randstad have signed an agreement on transferring the Finnish business operations of the Proffice Group, a Randstad company, to StaffPoint. The StaffPoint Group is one of the largest personnel services companies in Finland, and Randstad is among the global market leaders in the field.

“We will become Randstad’s strategic partner and representative in Finland. Randstad operates in 39 countries, and its services cover 90 per cent of the market. We will be able to make use of a top global operator’s international network, as well as its tools and concepts. This will increase the quality and efficiency of our work with customers,” says Mika Kiljunen, the CEO of StaffPoint.

Established in the Netherlands in 1960, the Randstad Group is an international personnel services company operating in 39 countries. Randstad is among the largest global operators in its field. Its net sales were EUR 19.2 billion in 2015.

A Randstad group company, the Proffice Group is a Nordic company specializing in personnel solutions and recruitment. Proffice Finland, a subsidiary of the Proffice Group, operates in Helsinki and Tampere in Finland.
