Parmaco Production Oy's Industrial Halls business acquired by FM-Haus Oy
FM-Haus Oy has acquired MB Rahastot owned Parmaco Production Oy’s industrial halls business. The transaction includes Parmaco’s roof truss business and a country wide sales network. The turnover of the industrial halls business was approximately five million euros in 2011.

FM-Haus Oy’s turnover for the year 2012 was estimated to be seven million euros. With the transaction FM-Haus Oy aims for 35 percent growth in turnover. In its products, FM-Haus Oy combines traditional wooden structures and modern prefabricated unit techniques. Standard-sized and strength certificated elements are self-supporting and are delivered to customers pre-insulated and surface treated. Products are manufactured in Jokioinen, Finland under the Mestarihalli and Maatilahalli brands.
