Ahlsell divests non-core subsidiary in Finland

Carner advises Ahlsell in divestment of non-core subsidiary in Finland. The non-core subsidiary was not in-line with Ahlsell’s current product and sales channel strategies. The unit achieved revenues of approximately 10 M€ in 2020.
