Aerion Solutions Oy sold to DataCenter Finland Oy

On April 23 2019, Aerion Solutions Oy and DataCenter Finland Oy have agreed into an agreement where DataCenter Finland Oy has acquired the entire share capital of Aerion Solutions Oy. In connection with the transaction, the owners of Aerion become significant shareholders of DataCenter.

Aerion Solutions Oy is a company specialized in enterprise mobility management. The company was established in 2013 and is headquartered in Espoo, Finland.

The transaction is part of the growth strategy for DataCenter. With the acquisition, the company has expanded its business to cover identity and mobile device management services.

All Aerion employees continued at DataCenter’s service. Following the transaction, DataCenter employs more than 100 persons in Finland.

Valtti Kumppanit Oy is an IT service company, previously known as DataCenter Finland until September 2019. The company’s services cover the overall IT needs of companies from end user support to cloud services, and from continuity services to expert work. The services also include demanding specialization solutions like identity and access management and data center services.

In 2018, Valtti achieved a turnover of 20.7 MEUR.
