Swedish Addtech AB group expands its product offering in Finland by acquiring all outstanding shares of ACC Systems Oy. ACC Systems Oy is one of the leading Finnish optical telecommunication network component and equipment distributors in Finland serving for large telecommunication companies, local telecom operators, network contractors and service companies and ICT and electric resellers. ACC Systems’ turnover was over 3 MEUR in 2009.
