Sale of Cramo Finland Oy's Diamond & Floor Services business units to Kuusakoski Oy

Cramo Finland Oy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the stock listed Cramo Plc, has divested its diamond drilling and floor grinding business to the family owned Kuusakoski Oy. The transferred business consists of 45 employees with a turnover in 2009 of about EUR 4 million. The business fits strategically well with the current service range of Kuusakoski’s demolition business. Kuusakoski’s recycling, handling and demolition services for construction and other industry will now be supported by a competent and wide service network.
