Carner Corporate Finance at the top of Finland’s M&A market in 2025

Carner has been ranked first in Finland by transaction volume in Mergermarket’s Global and Regional M&A Ranking 2025. The ranking reflects Carner’s ongoing advisory work across the Finnish M&A market and a steady level of activity throughout the year.

According to Mergermarket data, Carner has advised on 16 announced transactions in 2025. The mandates span a range of industries and deal situations, working closely with entrepreneurs, management teams, and investors to navigate complex decisions and transactions.

Carner was also recognised at the Mergermarket Europe Awards in London, receiving the Finland Financial Advisor 2025 award. The recognition highlights the firm’s approach to advisory work, built on long-term relationships, collaboration, and careful execution.

Of the 16 transactions, nine were buy-side and seven sell-side assignments. Many of the deals involved international counterparties, reflecting the increasingly cross-border nature of the Finnish M&A market.
