On August 8th, 2025, Hawk Infinity, together with Armada Credit Partners, invested in ParkMan Oy, a digital parking application for consumers and businesses operating in Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, and Estonia. The transaction marks Hawk’s entry into the fast-growing parking software market. Meanwhile, for ParkMan, the expanded ownership base enables further acceleration of both organic and inorganic growth.

Founded in 2010 with a B2C application, ParkMan has since evolved into a leading on-street and off-street digital parking application serving both consumers and businesses, covering thousands of parking facilities in four countries. Following the transaction, the entire ParkMan team will remain with the company to continue enhancing the user experience and developing an even more efficient digital parking solution.

Moreover, as part of the transaction, ParkMan’s founders and other shareholders reinvested a significant portion of the transaction into Hawk Infinity, thus remaining indirect owners of ParkMan.
